Registration open for the first WHS together with WHO
Investment for Health and Well-Being, Climate Change and Planetary Health, Architecture for Pandemic Preparedness, Digital Transformation for Health, Food Systems and Health, Health Systems Resilience and Equity, and Global Health for Peace - these are the central topics at the World Health Summit 2022, the first World Health Summit organized together with the World Health Organization (WHO).

WHS 2022 will bring together all relevant global health leaders and stakeholders from all sectors in all regions of the world and will focus on “Making the Choice for Health” by reflecting on the most pressing topics. With more than 400 speakers and 6,000 participants, WHS 2022 aims to set the course for a healthier future. One of the high patrons is German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who will give a speech at the WHS 2022 opening ceremony on October 16.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General, World Health Organization (WHO) said: “Through our enhanced collaboration and the launch of the 2022 Summit, we aim to accelerate progress towards the health-related Sustainable Development Goals and make the world a safer place for all.” Axel R. Pries, World Health Summit President emphasized: “We must build our future on improved worldwide health: equitable health everywhere with a healthy planet as the basis. The joint World Health Summit 2022 together with WHO will be the forum to foster these goals.”
WHS 2022 is part of a long-term close collaboration, as WHO has been a strong strategic partner of the World Health Summit since its very beginning.
