With the part-time LL.M. Corporate and Business Law, Leuphana University Lüneburg is once again offering a sought-after specialisation option for lawyers and economists from October 2022. The Master's programme combines legal expertise and economic know-how and leads to the recognised title Master of Laws. At the same time, the degree provides the theoretical basis for the title of specialist lawyer in commercial and corporate law. Applications are still possible until 15 August. Interested students can get to know the LL.M. better during the information days on 1 and 2 July 2022.
The LL.M. degree in Corporate and Business Law can be completed in three semesters while working. The programme is aimed at professionally experienced prospective students with a degree in law, business law, economics or other related courses of study. The course content includes business law, corporate law, commercial and capital market law as well as accounting and tax law. The programme begins twice a year, in October and April.
