Whether globalisation, digitalisation or the shift in values towards a more diverse and sustainable society: global trends are changing the world of work and placing new demands on the qualifications of HR managers. To ensure the future viability of companies, managers are needed who have a multidisciplinary perspective and the necessary personal skills. The Professional School of the Leuphana University Lüneburg is now offering a new type of part-time certificate programme for this purpose for the first time with the "Future Leadership Skills" programme.
The programme extends over one semester and is offered in a digital format. Three modules shape the content and impart competencies in the areas of communication/cooperation, personnel management/corporate culture and management of change and innovation. Admission requirements are a valid university entrance qualification and relevant professional experience of at least one year. The programme starts in April 2023 and applications are open until 31 January 2023.
Interested parties can arrange personal counselling interviews with the certificate programme coordinator, Dominique Da Silva (dominique.da_silva@leuphana.de).
The digital certificate programme "Future Leadership Skills" was developed as part of the "DEGREE" project. The project is funded by the European Social Fund and the state of Lower Saxony from October 2021 to December 2022.
