Spatial ALD, miniaturized filters, multi-radius BBM: The Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. (LZH) will present future technologies of industrial optics at Optatec 2022. The trade fair will take place from October 18 to 20 in Frankfurt. The LZH can be found in hall 8 at stand G118.
The department Optical Components of the LZH will present current research activities as well as its service and product portfolio at the international trade fair for optical technologies, components, and systems Optatec.
LZH's focus this year:
- Spatial ALD: The rotating ALD concept with plasma activation allows faster coating of optics. The technology enables more efficient production of optically conformal coatings on a wide variety of surfaces and optical geometries.
- Miniaturized filters: Whether in telecommunications, quantum technologies, or life science, miniaturized filters have many applications. The production of thin-film filters without a substrate enables the manufacture of extremely small and very compact optics, for example for photonic integrated circuits.
- Multi-radius BBM: The broadband monitor (BBM) allows optics to be coated precisely, efficiently, and reproducibly. The scientists present a new concept with multiple radii for improved process control.
More information about the services in the field of smart optics at the LZH can be found at https://www.lzh.de/en/smart-optics-services
The plasma-based Spatial ALD system at the LZH can precisely coat even complex-shaped optics.

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
