Prospective international students can apply for the HTW Berlin Foundation Programme until 31 October 2023. The next courses start in April 2024. The fee-based programme is aimed specifically at young people who do not yet meet all the requirements for studying in Germany.
“I am delighted that, with HTW Foundation, we can help familiarise international applicants with Germany and prepare them expertly for their studies,” says Prof. Dr. Tilo Wendler, Vice-President for Teaching, Studies and International Affairs.
What does the Foundation Programme offer?
The courses offer linguistic, methodological and intercultural preparation for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. The unique thing about the programme? Participants receive personal supervision for the duration of the course. The advantages of the programme at a glance:
• improving German language skills to the level required for studying,
• acquiring the relevant skills for future academic success,
• getting to know the German higher education landscape and the way it works before commencing a degree programme,
• gaining an insight into studying at a practice-oriented, cosmopolitan university with 75 degree programmes,
• networking with interesting people - on and off campus.
