New English-taught Master's Degree Programme: Management International

    “Management International“ is the new English-taught Master's degree programme that the Faculty of Business Management and Economics is launching in the winter semester 2024/25. The application portal is open now; the application deadline is 15 July 2024.

    Starting in the winter semester 2024/25, the Faculty of Business Management and Economics at Julius-Maximilians-Universität (JMU) Würzburg (Bavaria, Germany) is expanding its range of Master’s degrees and launches the new programme “Management International” which is taught entirely in English. This programme is aimed at ambitious students who are looking for in-depth studies with an international perspective.

    The curriculum is designed to meet the needs of international students who wish to continue their undergraduate studies in Germany and German students who wish to pursue a career in international companies.

    In the first year, students acquire basic knowledge in management, economics, data analysis and in the fields of academic research and communication. Tailoring your interest fields takes place in the second year, and there are three specialisations to choose from: Finance & Accounting, Operations & Information Management or Marketing & Entrepreneurship.

    International Networking and Global Relevance

    The Master's degree programme is open to applicants from all over the world. This gives students the opportunity to become part of a globally networked community at JMU. The aptitude procedure is aimed in particular at students with a very good domestic or foreign Bachelor's degree who are interested in an international career and have a (very) good command of English.

    The application portal is open – interested students can apply until 15 July 2024. Lectures begin on 14 October 2024. All further information regarding the application process and the degree programme can be found on the faculty's website.

    Master's Degree Programme in “International Economic Policy”

    The second English Master's degree programme “International Economic Policy" that the Faculty of Business Management and Economics, focuses on different academic areas of economics . It prepares students to apply theoretical and empirical methods of economics to topics relevant to business and public policy.
