The Digital GreenTalents Award was launched today. Young researchers from all over the world who are working at the intersection of digitalisation and sustainability have until 15 May to apply.
Berlin, 27 March 2024 - How can we create good and healthy living conditions for all people as global climate change challenges our current ways of doing business and living? How can digitalisation contribute to a more sustainable future?
Anyone working on scientific answers to these pressing questions can now apply for the Digital GreenTalents Award. Funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), we are looking for 20 talented young scientists from all over the world with a focus on digitalisation and sustainability. They will be selected by a high-profile jury and honoured at the Digital GreenTech Status Conference in November. The deadline for applications is 15 May.
The prize consists of a fully-funded three-month research stay in Germany, participation in a SpringSchool next year with workshops, excursions and networking, and inclusion in a global network of Digital GreenTalents.
