Bei ihrer Sitzung in Fulda hat die Mitgliedergruppe Hochschulen für Angewandte Wissenschaften/Fachhochschulen (HAW/FH) in der Hochschulrektorenkonferenz (HRK) heute Prof. Dr. Jörg Bagdahn, den Präsidenten der Hochschule Anhalt, als ihren Sprecher wiedergewählt. Die zwei Jahre umfassende, zweite Amtszeit beginnt am 1. Dezember dieses Jahres.
Bagdahn leitet die Hochschule Anhalt in Köthen seit 2016 und hat dort seit 2009 den Lehrstuhl für „Werkstoffe der Photovoltaik“ inne. Er ist seit 2018 Sprecher der Hochschulen für Angewandte Wissenschaften in Sachsen-Anhalt und damit stimmberechtigtes Mitglied des HRK-Senats. Als Sprecher der HRK-Mitgliedergruppe HAW/FH gehört Jörg Bagdahn seit Dezember 2022 zudem dem Präsidium der HRK als Vizepräsident an.
