PsychOpen GOLD, the publication platform of the Leibniz Institute for Psychology (ZPID), has relaunched its product homepage. The revised website offers a contemporary design, updated content and a new support area that provides users with quick and uncomplicated help with frequently asked questions.
PsychOpen GOLD, the open-access platform for publishing psychological research, has renewed its digital presence to offer even better service to authors, editors, and other interested parties. A primary focus was to expand the support section, which now includes comprehensive FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) with screenshots on central topics.
The FAQ cover a broad spectrum of topics across the entire publication process, from technical questions on how to use the journal management system (OJS) through the review and production process to providing information for editors on independently editing journal pages. The support section will be continuously extended to address current queries and provide solutions and tutorials for all user groups.
In addition to the improved service, the website presents itself in a modernized and straightforward design. The content has been thoroughly revised and updated to give visitors a comprehensive overview of PsychOpen GOLD's services and standards. Furthermore, the new website offers detailed information on the 15 psychological journals published by PsychOpen GOLD, current news, and insights into the team behind the platform.
With this relaunch, PsychOpen GOLD underlines its commitment to a needs-oriented and trustworthy infrastructure in the field of psychology. The new product homepage is accessible as before at psychopen.eu. ZPID invites researchers, editors, and all interested parties to explore the new website, features and diverse information.
