The Professional School of Leuphana University Lüneburg is once again offering the part-time Master's degree program (LL.M.) in Tax Law in cooperation with the tax training courses DR. BANNAS starting in April 2025. The program imparts comprehensive knowledge of complex tax law as well as economic expertise. It is aimed at the sought-after professional field of tax consultancy and at the same time serves as preparation for the tax consultant examination. Registrations are now open and will remain so until January 31, 2025. Various advisory services are available for prospective students.
The five-semester master's program builds on students' legal and economic qualifications, expanding them to include in-depth knowledge in all areas of national tax law, including cross-border issues in international tax law and related disciplines such as accounting, corporate and inheritance law. The legal content is supplemented by an economic perspective.
An essential part of the program is the intensive preparation for the written and oral tax advisor examination. The cooperation partner tax courses DR. BANNAS regularly achieves success rates of over 80 percent with its proven preparation concept as part of cooperative study programs in the written tax advisor examination, where the failure rate is otherwise usually around 40 percent. The course of study is designed in such a way that the examination can be taken directly after graduation.
Prospective students have the opportunity to get to know the program better at the online information day on January 11, 2025. In addition, program coordinator Moritz Mann (taxlaw@leuphana.de, phone 04131.677-7807) is available for personal consultations. Those who apply at short notice can receive admission as early as December if they meet the admission requirements.
