Vom 22. bis 23. März 1999 findet in Hamburg-Harburg eine Tagung zum Potential und den Grenzen der Ultraschalltechnik im Umweltbereich statt.
Die Nutzung von Ultraschall ist ein neues vielversprechendes Verfahren in der Abwasser- und Umwelttechnik. Ultraschall ist geeignet zur Entfernung refraktärer Schadstoffe, zur Entkeimung und zur Behandlung von Klärschlamm und Feststoffen.
Es besteht ein großer Informationsbedarf hinsichtlich des Potentials und der Grenzen dieser Technik. Vom 22.-23. März 1999 findet erstmals eine spezielle Tagung zu diesem Thema statt. Sie wird von der Technischen Universität Hamburg-Harburg in Zusammenarbeit mit der DECHEMA e.V. durchgeführt.
