William J.T. Mitchell wird im Rahmen der interdisziplinären Vorlesungsreihe "Iconic Turn - das neue Bild der Welt" am Donnerstag, den 02.12.2004, um 19:00 Uhr, einen Vortrag in der Großen Aula der LMU München, Geschwister-Scholl-Platz 1 halten.
Der Professor für Englisch und Kunstgeschichte wird zum Thema "Cloning Terror: The War of Images from 9/11 to the Abu Ghraib Photographs" referieren. Die Veranstaltung wird moderiert von Beat Wyss (ZKM, Karsruhe).
Der Eintritt ist frei.
