Am Freitag, dem 23. April 1999 tragen Frau Dr. Natalja Lesnych und Prof. Dr. Helmuth Venzmer, Hochschule Wismar und Dahlberg-Institut e.V., anläßlich der 7. Wiener Sanierungstage, die im Rahmen der Sanierungsmesse Wien stattfinden, ihre Forschungsergebnisse, die aus einem Dreiländerprojekt hervorgegangen sind, vor.
Dieses Eurocare-Projekt KERASANITATE, an dem österreichische, italienische und deutsche Forscher beteiligt waren, befaßte sich mit dem Einsatz von elektrokinetisch arbeitenden Ionenaustauschern und deren praktischen Einsätzen zur Herauslösung von Anionen aus dem Mauerwerk.
Das Dahlberg-Institut begleitete den Einsatz dieses Spezialverfahrens über einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren am Schnickmannspeicher in Rostock, dem heutigen Sitz der Rostock-Information.
