Vom 17. bis 20. Mai 2005 findet an der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg eine Fortbildung für Lehrerinnen und Lehrer aller Schulformen sowie der beruflichen Weiterbildung im Fach Englisch statt. Die DozentInnen kommen aus Partnereinrichtungen der Universitäten Brno, Mumbai und Glasgow.
Jeff Vanderziel aus Brno wird zum Thema "North American Aboriginals"; sprechen, Mala Pandurang, Universität Mumbai/Indien, referiert über "Gender and Politics: Narratives of the Indian Diaspora" und der englische Dozent Donny O`Rourke wendet sich dem Thema "Scottish Poetry and Culture" zu.
Die Veranstaltung beginnt am 17. Mai um 09.00 Uhr in der Zschokkestraße 32, Gebäude 40, Raum 120. Anmeldungen sind noch möglich unter Tel.: 67-16658
