Der an der Uni Würzburg gebaute erste deutsche Pico-Satellit UWE-1 (Universität Würzburg Experimentalsatellit) wird nun erst am 27. September vom russischen Weltraumbahnhof Plesetsk aus in seine Umlaufbahn geschossen. Ursprünglich war der Start mit einer Cosmos-Rakete für 25. August geplant, konnte aber wegen technischer Probleme nicht erfolgen. Die Probleme betreffen nicht UWE-1, sondern ein anderes Projekt, das mit dieser Mission in den Weltraum befördert werden sollte.
