Dr. rer. nat. Eva Hoch, wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin des Instituts für klinische Psychologie und Psychotherapie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. Hans-Ulrich Wittchen), erhielt den Forschungspreis für Nachwuchswissenschaftler der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Suchtforschung und Suchttherapie (DG-Sucht).
Die Diplompsychologin untersuchte Chancen und Barrieren der Tabakentwöhnung in Hausarztpraxen im Rahmen der bundesweiten Studie "Smoking and Nicotine Dependence Awareness and Screening (SNICAS)", an der über 33.000 Patienten und 1.000 Hausärzte teilnahmen. Der Preis ist mit 3.000 Euro dotiert.
