Über neue Entwicklungen in der Sucht- und Drogenpolitik referiert die Drogenbeauftragte der Bundesregierung Christa Nickels am 17. November um 14 Uhr in der Katholischen Fachhochschule Nordrhein-Westfalen, Abteilung Köln (Wörthstraße 10). Die Staatsekretärin im Gesundheits-ministerium stellt sich anschließend der Diskussion. Eingeladen sind Studierende, Berufspraktiker und die interessierte Öffentlichkeit.
