Ringvorlesung an der Fachhochschule Jena am 2. Mai
Auch 20 Jahre danach sind die Folgen des Reaktorunglücks in Tschernobyl noch immer spürbar. Anlässlich des Jahrestages der Katastrophe referiert am kommenden 02. Mai um 19.00 Uhr in der Bibliothek der Fachhochschule Jena Prof. Dr. Viktor Wesselak, Prorektor für Forschung und Hochschulentwicklung der FH Nordhausen.
Sein Vortrag beschäftigt sich mit dem technischen Unfallhergang, auch im Hinblick auf die Sicherheit westeuropäischer Reaktortypen, die getroffenen Eindämmmassnahmen und die gesundheitlichen Folgen für die betroffene Bevölkerung.
Der Abend wird moderiert von Prof. Dr. Michael Meyer, Prorektor für Forschung und Entwicklung der FH Jena. Im Anschluss an den Vortrag besteht Gelegenheit zur Diskussion.
Der Eintritt ist frei. Gäste sind herzlich willkommen.
