Eine nach dem heutigen Stand des Wissens verbindliche Standort-Bestimmung zu aktuellen Themen der Inneren Medizin soll bei der 32. Fortbildungstagung der Medizinischen Poliklinik der Universität Würzburg vorgenommen werden.
Außerdem wollen die Referenten einen Ausblick auf künftige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten geben. Die Veranstaltung mit dem Titel "Innere Medizin 2000" findet am Samstag, 6. Mai, von 9.00 bis 15.00 Uhr unter der Leitung von Klinikdirektor Prof. Dr. Klaus Wilms im Großen Saal der Würzburger Hochschule für Musik, Hofstallstraße 6-8, statt. Sie ist für Ärzte im Praktikum testierfähig. Themen sind unter anderem rheumatoide Arthritis, Allergien, chronische Herzinsuffizienz, Zuckerkrankheit, Krebserkrankungen, häufige "Fallstricke" im Hämatologie-Labor sowie psychische Störungen bei internistischen Patienten.
