auf der kleinen Wiese zwischen Präsidialamt und Haupttor
Die Universität des Saarlandes unterstützt die Aktion "Mit dem Rad zur Arbeit", die der Allgemeine Deutsche Fahrrad-Club (ADFC), die AOK und das Bundesverkehrsministerium gestartet haben. Die Aktion soll Menschen dazu motivieren, für ihren Weg zur Arbeit verstärkt das Fahrrad zu benutzen.
Hierfür wollen auch Professoren der Saar-Universität werben: Am Mittwoch, 18. Juli, um 11.45 Uhr kommen sie - mit dem Fahrrad - zu einem Fototermin auf dem Saarbrücker Campus zusammen. Mit dabei sind auch Universitätspräsident Professor Volker Linneweber und Thomas Fläschner, Landesvorstandssprecher des ADFC und Diplom-Bibliothekar an der Universität, der die Aktion auf dem Campus initiiert hat.
Vertreter der Medien sind herzlich eingeladen.
