Zu nachweisbaren Verbesserungen bei Grundschülern führt das adaptiven Mathematik-Übungsprogramms "Merlins Rechenmühle", das am Bayreuther Lehrstuhl für Psychologie entwickelt wurde. Das Programm wird jetzt mit Hilfe der Oberfrankenstiftung weiter entwickelt.
Bayreuth (UBT). Um das adaptiven Mathematik-Übungsprogramms "Merlins Rechenmühle" weiter zu entwickeln, hat die Oberfrankenstiftung dem Lehrstuhl für Psychologie eine Förderung in Höhe von 15.559 € bewilligt.
Das Programm wurde in den letzten Jahren am Lehrstuhl entwickelt und empirisch an mehreren Schulen überprüft. Merlins Rechenmühle passt sich automatisch an den Fertigkeitsstand des Übenden an und wählt passende Aufgaben aus einer umfangreichen Datenbank. Das Programm kommt bei Schüler/inne/n gut an und führt schon bei wöchentlich 45 Minuten Übung zu nachweisbaren Verbesserungen.
Mit den Mitteln der Oberfrankenstiftung soll Merlins Rechenmühle nun weiter verbessert und an Oberfränkischen Grundschulen verbreitet werden. Die Projektleitung hat der Entwickler des Programms, Dr. Wolfgang Schoppek.
