TUB: New Database Lists More Than 500 Logistics Courses

Dr. Kristina R. Zerges Presse- und Informationsreferat
Technische Universität Berlin

Comprehensive information for business and students online at www.bestlog.org

Logistics continues to be a growth industry and there is a wide variety of different training and education opportunities available across Europe. The bestLog-Website (www.bestlog.org) now provides a new online database which lists more than 500 logistics courses offered by universities and colleges throughout Europe. Students can select a suitable programme based on a variety of criteria, such as course content or tuition fees. Firms can also find useful information for improving their training and recruitment programmes.

The BestLog Project is establishing a European platform for the dissemination and promotion of logistics best practice designed to improve Europe's logistic performance through improved practice, education, and a better match between EU policy and business decisions. The bestLog project consortium consists of nine research bodies, led by the Technische Universität Berlin.

Search / advanced search of the idw archives
    Combination of search terms

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.

    Brackets

You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).

    Phrases

Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.

You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).

If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
