(27. März 2008) Prof. Dr. Detlef Redlich ist neuer Dekan des Fachbereichs Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik der Fachhochschule Jena.
Prof. Dr. Redlich studierte an der Technischen Universität Dresden Elektrotechnik und promovierte dort 1982 auf dem Gebiet des Elektronikdesigns.
Seit 1992 wirkt er als Professor für Gerätekonstruktion im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik der Fachhochschule Jena. Prof. Redlich lehrt den Entwurf elektronischer Baugruppen und Geräte in Bachelor- und Masterstudiengängen der Studienfächer Elektronikkonstruktion, Schaltungssimulation und Systementwicklung.
Sein Forschungsgebiet liegt auf dem Gebiet der Elektronik: in der Zusammenarbeit mit der regionalen Industrie untersucht er vorrangig Probleme der Elektronikkühlung.
