Diplomatischer Berater des Hessischen Ministerpräsidenten eröffnet Vortragsreihe im Sommersemester
Am Donnerstag, dem 15. Mai 2008 wird die Gastvortragsreihe der Erfurt School of Public Policy (ESPP) der Universität Erfurt im Sommersemester von Till Knorn eröffnet. Er wird zum Thema "Between routine and art. What it means to be a diplomatic advisor" sprechen.
Till Knorn begann seine Karriere im Auswärtigen Amt 1999. Nach Stationen in Belgrad und als Leiter der Rechts- und Konsularabteilung in Sri Lanka war er dann von 2003 im UNO Sicherheitsratsreferat in Berlin für Irak, Iran und Israel/Palästina zuständig. Seit Anfang 2006 ist er Diplomatischer Berater des Hessischen Ministerpräsidenten Roland Koch.
Der Vortrag beginnt um 16 Uhr und findet auf dem Campus der Universität Erfurt in der Nordhäuser Straße 63(Lehrgebäude 1/ Raum 247a) statt. Alle Interessenten sind herzlich eingeladen. Der Vortrag wird auf Englisch gehalten.
