Effizientere Produktion mit dem Laser in der Solar- und Halbleiterindustrie

    Produktionsverfahren mit dem Laser mit Mikro- und Nanopräzision zeigt am 23. September 2008 das 2. HANNOVER MESSE Laser-Herbstforum. Im Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. (LZH) treffen sich führende Unternehmen und Institute, um über aktuelle Entwicklungen zu diskutieren.

    Ein wichtiges Thema ist die Photovoltaik, wie LZH-Geschäftsführer Dr. Andreas Ostendorf betont: "Die nächste Generation von Siliziumzellen für Photovoltaikanlagen wird einen sehr hohen Anteil von Laserprozessen in der Fertigung enthalten", so Ostendorf. Weitere Themen sind Anwendungen in der Halbleiterindustrie und Rapid Prototyping.

    Mit dabei sind Unternehmen wie Rofin Baasel Lasertech, LPKF Laser & Electronics, Polytec, Lumera Laser, Ingeneric und LIMO. Veranstalter des Laser-Herbstforums sind das Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V., das Fraunhofer-Institut für Lasertechnik ILT, die LIMO Lissotschenko Mikrooptik GmbH, der IVAM Fachverband für Mikrotechnik die Deutsche Messe.
