BALK - der Verband Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft Leitender Pflegepersonen e.V. schreibt erstmals den mit 5000 EURO dotierten Innovationspreis für Nachwuchsführungskräfte im Pflegemanagement aus. Gesucht werden innovative Konzepte in der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung durch Personalentwicklung in stationären wie ambulanten Einrichtungen des Gesundheitswesens.
Das ZEPP - Zentrum für Angewandte Pflegeforschung, Pflegeökonomik und -wirtschaftslehre der Katholischen Fachhochschule Freiburg organisiert die Ausschreibung, die Arbeit der Jury sowie die Vergabe des Preises.
Die Bewerbungsfrist wurde bis zum 10. November 2008 verlängert.
