Der Umgang mit Internet-Datenbanken und Wirtschaftinformationen von Creditreform sind Thema des Infotreffs Ruhrgebiet am 20. Februar ab 18 Uhr im Institut Arbeit und Technik im Wissenschaftspark Gelsenkirchen. Der Infotreff ist ein regionaler Arbeitskreis der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Informationswissenschaft und Informationspraxis, dem Mitglieder aus verschiedenen Einrichtungen des Bibliotheks- und Informationsbereichs angehören. Bei den auch für Interessenten offenen Treffen im Raum Ruhrgebiet werden Fragen rund ums Internet, Recherche-Praxis und aktuelle Entwicklungen von Datenbank-Angeboten diskutiert. Koordiniert wird der inzwischen über 100 Mitglieder zählende Infotreff Ruhrgebiet vom Servicebereich Information und Kommunikation des Instituts Arbeit und Technik (IAT/Gelsenkirchen.
