Die zukünftige Versorgung mit solarer Energie kann durch Mikro- und Nanotechnologien entscheidend voran gebracht werden. Den aktuellen Stand der Material- und Prozessforschung und wie Carbon-Nanotubes Solarzellen, Lithium-Ionen-Batterien und Brennstoffzellen verbessern zeigt die 2. NRW Nano-Konferenz vom 22. bis 23. Juni im Kongresszentrum Westfalenhallen Dortmund.
Ein weiteres Top-Thema ist die Kooperationsmöglichkeit mit Russland, das auf der einen Seite Hightech-Produkte bietet, aber auch auf der Suche nach neuen Technologien ist. Zu den Schwerpunkten Energie und Russland finden auf der NRW Nano-Konferenz Vertiefungsworkshops statt.
Innovationsminister Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart lädt zusammen mit der Stadt Dortmund zur Veranstaltung ein. Sprecher sind unter anderem Dr. Wolfgang Plischke von der Bayer AG und Prof. Dr. Achim Bachem vom Forschungszentrum Jülich.
