Pflanze fängt Insekten mit raffinierter Klebefalle
Insekten, die in Kontakt mit den Blättern der Südafrikanischen Taupflanze Roridula gorgonias kommen, sind rettungslos verloren: Binnen weniger Augenblicke verfängt sich das zappelnde Opfer im klebrigen Sekret der Pflanzenhaare und sein Tod ist besiegelt. Wissenschaftler haben nun entdeckt, wie die Pflanze ihre Beute am Entkommen hindert.
