DLG-IAMO-Symposium auf der Agritechnica 2009 will Wege aus der Krise aufzeigen
Gemeinsam mit der Deutschen Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft (DLG) richtet das Leibniz-Institut für Agrarentwicklung in Mittel- und Osteuropa (IAMO) auf der Agritechnica in Hannover, am 12. November, um 10 Uhr, ein Symposium aus. Namhafte Vertreter aus Wirtschaft, Politik und Wissenschaft werden dann die Krise analysieren und darauf aufbauend Wege aufzeigen, wie die Krise genutzt werden kann, um gestärkt aus ihr hervorzugehen. Fokus des Symposiums "Die Krise als Chance?" sind die Preisschwankungen auf den Rohstoffmärkten und deren Auswirkungen auf den Agrarsektor Mittel- und Osteuropas.
Podiumsgäste sind Prof. Dr. Alfons Balmann (Direktor des IAMO), Dr. Olga Hunger (Head Cooperation CIS countries der DLG), Dr. Michael Lendle (Geschäftsführer der AFC Risk & Crisis Consult GmbH), Stefan von Stegmann (Vice President Sales, Agricultural and Turf Division, Europe, North Africa, Near & Middle East bei John Deere) und Dr. Axel Stockmann (Leiter des Referats für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Verbraucherschutz der Deutschen Botschaft in Moskau). Das Symposium wird von DLG-Präsident Carl-Albrecht Bartmer eröffnet. Es moderiert Dietrich Holler, Chefredakteur der agrarzeitung.
