From 22 August 2011 to 2 September 2011, Kühne Logistics University is
hosting the international summer school “Logistics & Supply Chain
Management”. The twelve-day executive education program, which
comprises eight compact modules all taught in English, gives participants
a comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
and is aimed at executives from the fields of logistics, commerce and
industry as well as from the service industries. It will be
organised in conjunction with Ohio State University’s Fisher College of
Business and headed by Professor Douglas Lambert.

qualifications are required and participants will receive a certificate of study
upon completion. The international summer school is supported by network
partners the AGA Unternehmensverband (employers’ association) and the
Logistics Initiative Hamburg. The fees are 5,000 euros per person.

The Kühne Logistics University – Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Logistik und
Unternehmensführung is an independent private university sponsored by the
not-for-profit Kühne-Stiftung (Foundation). Once fully established, the Kühne
