Fragen des Urheber- und Haftungrechtsrechts stehen im Vordergrund des dritten Projektworkshops des bundesweiten Multimediaprojekts e-stat an der Universität Oldenburg.
Oldenburg. Zum dritten Projektworkshop treffen sich vom 19. bis 21. Juni 2002 am Fachbereich Mathematik der Universität Oldenburg rund 60 Mitwirkende des bundesweiten Multimediaprojekts e-stat, bei dem die Universität Oldenburg federführend ist. Das dreijährige Projekt, das seit gut einem Jahr läuft, wird vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung gefördert. Ziel ist die Entwicklung und Realisierung der multimedialen, internetbasierten und interaktiven Statistiklehr- und -lernumgebung "EMILeA-stat". In Oldenburg sind daran Dr. Erhard Cramer, Prof. Dr. Udo Kamps, Prof. Dr. Claus Möbus, Prof. Dr. Dietmar Pfeifer und Prof. Dr. Kristina Reiss beteiligt.
Bei dem Workshop geht es um das Thema "E-Learning und Rechtsfragen". Im Vordergrund stehen Probleme des Urheber- und Haftungsrechts. Referenten sind Prof. Dr. Jürgen Taeger (Juristisches Seminar am Fachbereich Wirtschafts- und Rechtswissenschaften der Universität) und Dr. Markus Junker (Institut für Rechtsinformatik der Universität des Saarlandes).
