Bereits zum neunten Mal ist die Technische Hochschule Wildau gemeinsam mit dem regionalen Branchenverband Berlin-Brandenburg Aerospace Allianz e. V. (BBAA) und dem Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt „Schönefelder Kreuz“ am 14. Mai 2013 Gastgeber für den „Tag der Luft- und Raumfahrt in Berlin und Brandenburg“. Die Veranstaltung, die in diesem Jahr im Wildauer Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt III stattfindet, befasst sich mit dem Schwerpunktthema „Luftfahrt ist Zukunft – Regionale Luftfahrtforschung im Fokus“.
Die Teilnehmer erwartet ein anspruchsvolles Programm mit hochkarätigen Referenten aus Wirtschaft, Politik und Wissenschaft, mit spannenden Diskussionen und vielfältigen Gesprächsmöglichkeiten. Im Rahmen des Fachprogramms ab 14.00 Uhr wird die TH Wildau ihre gewachsenen Kompetenzen im Bereich der Luftfahrtforschung demonstrieren. Prof. Dr. Sigurd Schrader, Leiter der Forschungsgruppe Photonik, Laser- und Plasmatechnologien, informiert in einem Vortrag über „Funktionsschichten in der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnologie“.
