90 Linguisten aus 13 Ländern treffen sich von Donnerstag bis Sonntag, 20. bis 23. Februar, zum Internationalen Kolloquium "Korpuslinguistik Deutsch: synchron, diachron, kontrastiv" an der Universität Würzburg.
Die Fachleute wollen im Philosophiegebäude am Hubland aktuelle Fragen zur Herstellung und Auswertung von Textsammlungen besprechen. Das Kolloquium wird in Würzburg ausgerichtet, weil der hiesige Lehrstuhl für deutsche Sprachwissenschaft mehrere Projekte mit ausländischen Forschungsgruppen initiiert hat. Dazu gehören die Universitäten in Umeå (Schweden), Jyväskylä und Helsinki (Finnland), Braga (Portugal), Opole/Oppeln (Polen), Opava und Ostrava (Tschechien) und Samara (Russland). Gleichzeitig ist das Kolloquium als Ehrung für den Lehrstuhlinhaber Prof. Dr. Norbert Richard Wolf zu dessen 60. Geburtstag gedacht.
