Dr. Annette Kahre wird zur Professorin für Unternehmenskommunikation und Journalismus an der staatlich anerkannten, privaten Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) in Bielefeld berufen.
Nach ihrem Studium der Anglistik, Linguistik und Philosophie arbeitete Kahre als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an Hochschulen in Münster und Wuppertal. Ihre berufliche Laufbahn in der Wirtschaft führte sie zunächst als Marketing Communication Managerin zu einem Bertelsmann-Unternehmen und anschließend zur B. Braun Melsungen AG, wo sie die Bereiche Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Werbung verantwortete. Zuletzt leitete Kahre die internationale Unternehmenskommunikation der Melitta Gruppe in Minden. Seit 2013 unterrichtet sie an der FHM Bielefeld Bachelor- und Masterstudierende am Fachbereich Medien, zunächst als Lehrbeauftragte, seit 2016 als Hochschullehrerin.
