Spätestens seit der Finanzkrise wird auch die Ausbildung von Führungskräften kritisch hinterfragt.
SIBE-Autorin Dr. Stefanie Kisgen geht in ihrer aktuellen Neuerscheinung „The Future of Business Leadership Education in Tertiary Education for Graduates“ den Fragen nach, was Business Leadership bedeutet, wie eine ganzheitliche Business Leadership Education für Nachwuchsführungskräfte in der tertiären Bildung ausgestaltet sein sollte und entwickelt auf Basis einer international durchgeführten Delphi-Studie vier Szenarien für die Zukunft der Business Leadership Education für Jungakademiker in der tertiären Bildung für das Jahr 2030.
Die Dissertation erscheint in der Wissenschaftsreihe der Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) und ist im STE-Shop zu beziehen (print und non-print).
