Welche Rolle spielt die digitale Transformation für die Unternehmenskommunikation? Und was bedeutet digitale Kommunikation für Industrie, Führung und Marketing 4.0? Diese und andere Fragen stehen vom 19. bis 21. Oktober in Frankfurt am Main zur Diskussion. Dort findet 2017 die jährliche Tagung des Forschungsnetzwerkes Europäische Kulturen in der Wirtschaftskommunikation (EUKO) statt. Gastgeberin der Veranstaltung: die FOM Hochschule.
„Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler sowie Praktikerinnen und Praktiker sind eingeladen, sich über die Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf die Unternehmens- und Marketingkommunikation auszutauschen“, umreißt Tagungsleiter Prof. Dr. Marcus Stumpf die Zielsetzung. „Dabei werden sowohl aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse und -projekte präsentiert als auch Beispiele digitaler Transformation und Kommunikation vorgestellt.“
Den Einstieg bildet eine Keynote von Nico Reinhold. Der Head of Social Media & Films der Deutschen Bank AG berichtet, wie das Unternehmen ein neues Storytelling-Format für die Content-Strategie entwickelt und realisiert hat. Es folgen fünf Tracks mit Vorträgen zu den Themen „Grundlagen der digitalen Transformation und Kommunikation“, „Industrie, Arbeit, Führung und Marketing 4.0“, „Compliance und rechtliche Konsequenzen digitaler Kommunikation“, „Ausprägungen digitaler Kommunikation“ sowie „Beispiele digitaler Transformation und Kommunikation“. Zudem ist eine Mittagspause mit Posterpräsentationen vorgesehen. Dabei geht es u.a. um Text Mining, Chat-Coaching und digitale Assistenzsysteme.
Die EUKO 2017 findet vom 19. bis 21. Oktober an der FOM Hochschule in Frankfurt am Main statt (Franklinstr. 52, 60486 Frankfurt).
