SIBE-Autor Dr. Ardin Djalali analysiert in seiner aktuellen Neuerscheinung "A didactic perspective on leadership - focussing on the development of competencies within MBA programs", wie die Ausbildung von Führungskräften im Rahmen von MBA-Studiengängen didaktisch und inhaltlich gestaltet und international umgesetzt wird.
Der Autor analysiert Lehrziele, Kursinhalte, Lehrmethoden, Lehrmedien und Prüfungsformate in verschiedenen MBA-Programmen und vergleicht diese mit regionsspezifischen Kompetenzentwicklungen und -profilen. Die Forschung liefert Anregungen für einen zukunftsorientierten Lehrrahmen, im Bereich der Studiengänge des Master of Business Administration, welcher den Anforderungen der realen Welt gerecht wird.
Die Dissertation erscheint in der Wissenschaftsreihe der Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) und ist im STE-Shop zu beziehen (print und non-print).
