Aktueller Policy Brief "Mittelstand aktuell" von IfM Bonn und Förderkreis Gründungs-Forschung zeigt Unterschiede der Gründungskultur im Silicon Valley und in Deutschland auf.
Wie vorbildhaft sind die Unicorns im Silicon Valley für die deutsche Gründungspolitik? Lässt sich das Unternehmensmodell von Google, Facebook und Apple auch in Deutschland umsetzen?
Im Rahmen des europäischen Forschungsprojekts "Financial and Institutional Reforms for an Entrepreneurial Society" haben 40 Wissenschaftler an 8 europäischen Hochschulen die Rahmenbedingungen für Gründungen und Unternehmen in den USA und in Europa untersucht: Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse für Deutschland stellt Associate Professorin Dr. Andrea M. Herrmann (Utrecht University/Niederlande) komprimiert im neuen Policy Brief "Warum die Gründungskultur im Silicon Valley anders ist" vor. Demnach ist es nicht sinnvoll, das Silicon Valley-Konzept der radikal-innovativen Gründungen per se in Deutschland etablieren zu wollen, da die Rahmenbedingungen hierzulande völlig verschieden sind.
