In 2020, the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) of Steinbeis University, in cooperation with TMG Consultants GmbH, will for the first time offer the "Digitization Manager" certificate course. The program focuses on a holistic approach to the trend digitization with regard to activities and processes in businesses. The different parts of the certificate course are aimed at managers and project managers who want to drive the digital transformation in their company, as well as at specialists and project staff who are or will be involved in digitization initiatives.
In 2020, the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) of Steinbeis University, in cooperation with TMG Consultants GmbH, will for the first time offer the "Digitization Manager" certificate course.
The program focuses on a holistic approach to the trend digitization with regard to activities and processes in businesses. Starting with the creation of an awareness for the importance of digitization in companies, through the recording of the status quo of one's own company in the digital transformation, central techniques and principles for the creation of a digitization roadmap are taught. Based on this, the focus can be placed on tools and methods for the development of innovations regarding products, services or business models.
This cooperation program consists of three modules: "Digitization Manager Basic", "Digitization Manager Expert" and "Digitization Manager Trainer". The modules cover a period of two to a maximum of three days each. Interested parties can take part in individual modules or book the program as a whole.
The different parts of the certificate course are aimed at managers and project managers who want to drive the digital transformation in their company, as well as at specialists and project staff who are or will be involved in digitization initiatives.
