Online information day of the Leuphana Professional School on 1 and 2 July 2022
Anyone who is in professional life and wants to continue their education no longer has to leave their job to study. More and more degree programmes are specifically tailored to the possibilities of working people and can be completed while working. Since 2009, the Professional School at Leuphana University Lüneburg has offered a wide range of Bachelor's, Master's and certificate programmes. The Professional School will present these study programmes during a digital info day on 1 and 2 July 2022.
The event will start on Friday evening at 6.30 p.m. with a warm-up session to get people in the mood for the possibilities of part-time study. Among other things, a lecture on the topic of digital ethics by Dr. Nicolas Diercks is planned, as well as an interactive workshop on all aspects of part-time study. At the end of the day, there will be a short quiz to puzzle over together. On Saturday, starting at 10 a.m., there will be further lectures and online consultation hours on the study programmes from the Management & Entrepreneurship, Governance, Sustainability & Law and Education, Health & Social Affairs clusters. Counselling services are also available on topics such as study organisation and financing or on current and planned study and continuing education formats.
Demand for Leuphana's continuing education programmes has risen continuously in recent years. The Professional School currently has more than 1,500 students. It has become one of the most important academic continuing education providers in northern Germany and one of the largest continuing education institutions at German universities.
