Symposium: Languages of War: Interpretive Knowledge and Debates on the Perspectives of the War in Ukraine
im Rahmen der Themenwoche der VolkswagenStiftung „Krieg in der Ukraine – Perspektiven der Wissenschaft“ auf Schloss Herrenhausen (Hannover)

Das Symposium legt den Fokus auf Sprache(n) als Medium des Krieges, als verbaler Krieg, mediale Inszenierungen, Legitimationsstrategien und Sprechen über den Krieg sowie Zukunftsszenarien für die Nachkriegs-Ära. Es fragt nach dem tiefgreifenden Paradigmenwechsel und den Neuorientierungen der Forschungen zum östlichen Europa. Das Programm umfasst: Impulsvorträge, Podiumsdiskussionen, Panel der Ukraine-Gastdozentinnen des LOEWE-Schwerpunkts „Konfliktregionen im östlichen Europa“, Panel der Nachwuchswissenschaftler*innen und weiteres.
