Digitalization is also changing the world of work. Digital change is permeating all areas of business and shaping the contemporary management of companies. To acquire the necessary digital skills, Leuphana Professional School offers managers the innovative online certificate course Digital Transformation. The next course starts in March 2024, and prospective students can find out more about the course at an online event on January 18, 2024
The certificate program comprises seven modules, including Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, Digital Marketing, Digital Law and Data Protection, Working World 4.0, Change and Innovation. The program is rounded off by a practical module in which participants directly apply the specialist knowledge they have acquired in a project. The course takes place entirely online and thus enables flexible, part-time qualification.
Renowned academics and practitioners are involved in the course, teaching theoretical principles and practical applications in videos and live online seminars. The digital learning environment offers numerous e-learning formats, including brain games, podcasts and blog posts. Each module consists of six sessions per week. Live online seminars then enable direct interaction between participants and experts.
Prerequisites for participation in the certificate program are a university entrance qualification and one year of professional experience. Applications can be submitted until January 31. Prospective students can also arrange a non-binding consultation with coordinator Katsiaryna Hladysh (bwl-ps@leuphana.de, phone 04131.677-7822).
