Dr. Melanie Malczok tritt zum 1. September 2025 die Professur für Interne Kommunikation und Management an der Fakultät III - Medien, Information und Design der Hochschule Hannover an.
Sie lehrt in den Studiengängen Public Relations (BPR) und Kommunikationsmanagement (MKO) als Nachfolgerin von Prof. Dr. Ulrike Buchholz.
Melanie Malczok ist Expertin für interne Kommunikation und promovierte zum Thema Relevanz in Organisationen. Als Beraterin für strategische Kommunikation hat sie Unternehmen in der Transformation begleitet; als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Zukunftslabor Gesellschaft und Arbeit und an der Hochschule Osnabrück geforscht. Im Rahmen ihrer Professur an der Hochschule Hannover wird sie an der Schnittstelle, Kommunikation und Management arbeiten, lehren und forschen.
