Die APOLLON Hochschule erweitert ihre wissenschaftliche Expertise im Gesundheitsrecht: Seit März 2026 hat Prof. Dr. Claudia Achterfeld die Professur für Medizin- und Sozialrecht im Fachbereich Gesundheitswirtschaft inne. Mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung als Rechtsanwältin, Mediatorin und Fachautorin bringt sie fundierte Praxiseinblicke in Forschung und Lehre ein.
Prof. Dr. Claudia Achterfeld studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität zu Köln und ist seit ihrer Zulassung im Jahr 2009 als Rechtsanwältin tätig. Ihr Interesse am Medizinrecht entwickelte sich früh: Seit 2008 arbeitet sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Medizinrecht der Universität zu Köln. 2014 promovierte sie dort zum Thema „Aufgabenverteilung im Gesundheitswesen – Rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen der Delegation ärztlicher Leistungen“. 2019 absolvierte sie den Fachanwaltslehrgang im Medizinrecht. Seit 2021 ist sie zudem als Mediatorin tätig und veröffentlicht regelmäßig Fachbeiträge zu medizin- und sozialrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
