Die Veranstaltung wird am Freitag, 15. Februar 2008 mit einem Vortrag der Medienphilosophin Johnny Golding (University of Greenwich, London) zum Thema "All's Fair in Love and War: The Thinking Robot's Guide to the Universe" und einer Klang- und Philosophie-Perfomance von Golding und Medienwissenschaftler Steve Kennedy (University of Greenwich, London) eröffnet. Am 16. Februar bieten die Sektionen "Frameworks", "Manning/Unmanning the Machine", "Body Mechanics" und "Frames and Fractures" Gelegenheit, Konstellationen von Körper, Geschlecht und Technologie auf den Grund zu gehen.
