Insights sollen erkennbare Wahrheiten sein, die einem helfen, die Grundkonstellation eines Problems zu verstehen. Die codierten Bedeutungen von Produkten und Kategorien werden häufig in der Insight Forschung außer Acht gelassen. Dabei sind sie oft grundlegende Bestandteile der Problem-
konstellation. Max Leefe wird anhand von Beispielen zeigen, wie ein semiotisches Verständnis in der Forschung überraschende Insights liefen kann, die für eine Marke von elementarer Bedeutung sind.
