Der Deutsche Lebensmittelchemikertag wird jedes Jahr wechselnd an einer der Universitätsstandorte in Deutschland durchgeführt. Angesprochen werden
Fachvertreter und Fachinteressierte aus Lebensmittelindustrie, Handelslaboratorien, der
amtl. Lebensmittelüberwachung und der Forschung.
