The SSC2019 will be the 15th annual conference of the European Social Simulation Association (ESSA). The ESSA Social Simulation Conferences aim at providing an interdisciplinary forum for social scientists from sociology, political science, economics, business studies, history and many other fields, who use simulation methods from computational social science for their research.

This years conference theme is dedicated to “Social Simulation for Social Policy“, especially focusing on Urban Planning and Demographic Change. SSC 2019 features an exciting conference program, including 113 papers and 29 posters in thirteen Special Tracks and one poster session, a PhD Colloquium, three Round Table discussions, a fishbowl, and four workshops.
