Die Bearbeitung erfolgte im Rahmen der vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) geförderten Leitinitiative Zukunftsstadt durch Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler der Technischen Universität München (TUM) zusammen mit den Projektpartnern TU Kaiserslautern, Universität Stuttgart, der Stadt Frankfurt am Main, der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart, dem Institut für sozial-ökologische Forschung und Helix-Pflanzen GmbH.
Der Kurzfilm zum Projekt „Gutes Klima für die Zukunftsstadt“ zeigt anschaulich die zentralen Ideen und Lösungsmöglichkeiten am Beispiel des Impulsprojektes Stuttgart.
Eine Auswahl der praxisnahen Antworten ist im INTERESS-I Leitfaden zusammengefasst. Der Leitfaden zeigt prägnant stadt- und maßstabsübergreifend Ergebnisse aus blauer, grüner, bürgerschaftlicher, kommunaler und integrierter Perspektive. In einer Onlineveranstaltung stellt ihn das Projektteam am 27. Januar 2022 vor.
